  We've lived at Foreside Estates for two years. here are my complaints. 1. when viewing the apartments we were shown a very nice unit. When we moved into the unit it was a completely run down apartment that had a strange odor. I had to scrub the entire apartment and the bathroom still isnt up to standards of anything I would be happy living in. 2. The children that live at the property are allowed to run around screaming unsupervised at all hours (usually after 8pm ) 3. The maintenance staff is very shady. We had called when we first moved in for them to fix our door buzzer because it didnt work. They came and claimed to have fixed it (although they didnt) and left a mess in our apartment. 4. The noise from other apartments is unbearable. We can hear our neigbor snore, crumple chip bags, and can hear every conversation he makes. Our whole apartment shakes when he walks through his. It is obviously an insulation problem because we smell the other neighbors when they cook or smoke. 5. The apartment is near the waste treatment center or something because in hot summer months the whole area smells like feces. 6. The pool is a great feature however it is not taken care of properly and it is almost always full of leaves and bugs, and sometimes dead rodents. Utimately it is not worth the money that you pay here. We have had much nicer apartments for hundreds of dollars less. They claim that the free heat is worth the difference, but natural gas heat is only about $40 a month in apartments like liberty commons.
